The PSS LD lifting devices are designed for the food industry, for lifting and tipping handling trolleys and large plastic bins. These devices considerably simplify the handling of processed materials, which they convey to the various machines and devices for further processing.
The trolley or large plastic bin filled with material is pushed into the tipping fork, which quickly and easily conveys the material into the machine where it is then processed. The PSS LD system is available in a left- or right-hand version, according to the customer's requirements and needs.
The PSS LD lifting devices are easily controlled by push buttons for switching them on and off and for changing the direction of movement (up and down).
The PSS LD 350 lifting devices are fitted with three safety sensors, located at the top and bottom of the device and at the trolley tipping height. The PSS LD 950 are fitted with a safety sensor on the doors of the safety cage. The safety cage height is 2 000 mm. These sensors guarantee safety when using the lifting device, as they react to movements.
Every moving part is protected and fitted with safety devices to prevent injury to personnel and material damage.
The PSS LD lifting devices are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The main feature of the PSS LD is its superior hygienic design, featuring a closed-column construction and polished surfaces.
