Storage and dosing silos from 1,400 to 3,000 l (net volume 900 to 2,700 l), 400 mm screws, mixing section and discharge screw with speed control, push-button and colour touch-screen control, AISI 304.
The PSS S silos are devices designed for the short-term storage and dosing of raw materials intended for further processing by individual machines and equipment in meat industry production.
The PSS S silos can be used as complementary devices to individual machines or integrated into production lines, thus contributing strongly to production automation. Their main advantage lies in guaranteeing a smooth production flow.
The PSS S silos are controlled easily and conveniently using the push buttons for starting and stopping the machine and the colour touch-screen control panel for adjusting the speed of the mixing paddle and the discharge screw.
The PSS S silos comply with European regulations. They are fitted with all the safety devices needed to protect the operator during work and to prevent damage to the various parts of the equipment.
The PSS S silos are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and all their surfaces, internal and external, in contact with the product are polished. Their superior hygienic design is the main feature of the PSS S silos and guarantees compliance with the hygiene standards required when handling materials.
